EA Licence

Hi Guys!
I would like to receive info about EA Licence type.

That is to say...
When I buy the licenced version from sparx systems site, what i will receive to register the software?
Is it a simple product key like a string that I have to copy into the software to have it registered?
Or is it a licence key that depends on the PC, User, Operative System and so on.
This is very important for me, since I need to buy a copy of a UML tool (probably EA) for personal use, but i want to install it on several machines: infact I work 50% in my office on a laptop pc and 50% on site on a notebook pc: so I need to install my copy at least on 2 machines....
With some tools I would have to buy 2 licences to do that ???!!
What About EA?

Copied the following from the EA license agreement:

"Installation and Use: You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or in its place,any prior version for the same operating system, on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on either a home or portable computer.  "
