Example causes "Error creating XML Parser"

We just got EA, installed it, and started into the tutorial.

When we try to open the example project, the subject msg appears and the app aborts itself after this msgbox is OK'ed.

The base project does not cause this problem.

What a bad way to start, but we only have $149 invested and I guess this where we find out how good the support is.

I'd say do a full un-install and re-install.  If that don't work, post to this thread again in case any other user can give further/better advice, and I'd suggest e-mailing sparx at [email protected]

We, and a lot of other users, have had very positive experience with the product, so don't feel like you've wasted your time and money.  Yours will probably be an easy problem to fix.
