Project file locked??

Hi!

We tried sharing the project through common directory.
We opened a project file at the same time. My collague made modifications and I made modifications. At first we were able to reload modifications. But when my collague closed and did not save latest modifications, the project was somehow locked. After that I was not able to save my project and not eaven after reload?

Is this a bug?

Then I tried to save the project with other name. It was  still locked. I'm able to save that new instance of the project!

We are using EA version 3.51.614

Any ideas how to fix the project file?
