2 Bugs or stupidity on my part?

Hi there I have just discovered 2 issues that I don't believe are operator error......

If I stereotype a class as a form and forward engineer into VB.NET - it does not automatically inherit System.Windows.Form.Forms - the only way to get it to work is to set that as the parent element in the diagram?!

On the Use case estimation screen - setting tags seems to 'glitch' if I want to add keywords to the filter so that estimation is done only on particular use cases (or not) then I must have something in the keyword field - not like ignores blanks?! blank <> selected words therefore should show up?!
