Error Creating xml parser

hi, boss
When i installed ea on on pc, and import/export anything, it  generates that error.
I find this pc has installed the ms xml sdk 4. alough i
unintall it, it still generate that error.
what happen? help me!

This problem seems relates to a conflict in the MSXML parser when versions 3 and 4 have been installed on the same machine.

Some users have been able to fix the problem by installing the latest service pack of MSXML3.
