New RTF Style Template Editor

Hello,

I try to create a report such as the following:



 
 


 
 


 
 


 
 

Release 1Requirement 1
Release 1Requirement 2
Release 2Requirement 3
.....


At http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/resources/rtf/template_editor.html there is a description, how one can defines user defined template. Can someone say me, where the tags are defined? I search a tag for external requirements: Elem.RequirementEx, Element.Requirment?

Please, can someone help me?
