Another question on Replication

I have four developers working on a project; each developer has the EA 3.60 Corporate Edition.  They all need to work off the same project.  70% of the time, they will all be working in the office and 30% of the time they will be on travel or working from home.  They would like to share the project while at the office but be able to replicate changes locally for when they are away and synchronize any changes when they return.  What is the best way to do this?
