Problem in transformation: Duplicated connectors

In class model, I have a class A that has an association to itself. Then it is duplicated twice in intermediary file (I mean there are two definitions of the association connector, and they are exactly the same)

Currently, I don't know how to overcome this trouble ;(

Any help?
