User Access Control

Hello:

I am a new EA user and all my peers are asking me how we can best approach setting up some kind of user access controls (i.e - group management) in a corporate EA environment, so that access to specific projects under development or build can be "put under controlled editing and reading rights" - in EA.  What level of control can I acheive?

Where do go to learn this capability, and how much is built into the Corporate version?
