How to unlock the logical diagram of EA Example

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how to unlock the logical diagram: "Welcome to the Example Model" in the project view. I have unlocked almost everything as mentioned in the manual but, the "apply" and "ok" button of that model are always disabled. Why?

BTW, I am interested in modelling the entity relationship of electricity supply companies, does anyone of us has any useful information to share about this?

G'day ESI,

Right-click on the diagram to get the diagram's context menu.

The click on the "Lock Diagram" menu item to unlock it (removes the check mark next to the menu item).

I have tried that before. As I selected the lock diagram, an element lock with 4 available options appears: -

1) No lock, general editing allowed
2) Full lock, no-one may edit
3) User lock, locking user may stil edit
4) Group lock, locking group may stil edit

I selected the No lock option but yet it does not allow me to select the appearance options in the Logical diagram.

Please help.

Sorry, don't have those options.  What version are you using?

We're using EA Professional Edition, build 649.
