UML Distilled by Martin Fowler is very good.

Both of these are pretty good:
"UML in 24 Hours", by Joseph Schmuller
and
"UML Weekend Crash Course", by Thomas A. Pender

In addition to the recommendations above I recommend purchasing the Zicom Mentor plug-in for EA and reading: Applying UML and Patterns: An Introduction to Object-Oriented Analysis and Design and the Unified Process (2nd Edition) ISBN: 0130925691 .

Also, there is a good desktop video production of the above that gives a good, quick, introduction to the topics covered in depth in the book.
