Upgrades

Hiya
Can someone clarify for me whether existing 3.6 users get the version 4 upgrade as part of their maintenance agreement, or whether a further charge is to be made when it is released?

Also there's been mention of a VS.net integration option that may be seperately chargable.  If so can I have any idea of timeframe and cost for this?

I need to know these as I am currently budgeting for the rest of the year.

Ditto...  I've been using EA individually for a while now, and am changing employers next week.  I would like to purchase several copies for my new crew to use, but want to plan correctly for the 4.0 version (which I like very much in beta, BTW).
