Help: Import a .NET XML File -What its use?

What is the "Import a .NET XML File” sub menu under the "Import/Export" sub-menu from the Package context menu used to import what type of file?

I searched the help files, and found nothing to explain the use.

Well it does'nt seem to import XMI and does not seem to import the xml files within WINDOWS/Microsoft.NET/
so I am not to sure what it is for myself, anyone?

I still see the functionality on the next two builds.  Has anyone determine what the functionality is for?

Maybe something to do with importing a .Net assembly file...

Not tried it, but refer to this earlier thread....
