Tools lost when switching to ICONIX layout

Using the View/CustomLayout menu, I temporarily switched to the ICONIX layout.  A prompt appeared indicating that the change would "possibly rearrange the UML toolbox folders".  I clicked okay and the screen was reorganized and several tools disapppeared from my toolbox (e.g., Collaboration, Boundary and several other icons no longer appear under Use Cases).  I switched back to the default layout and the screen reorganized but I did not get the tools back.  I ran Repair in the installation file, but this did not fix the problem.  How do I get the default toolbox back? Do I need to change a profile or a registry setting somewhere?

You should be able to get it back somewhere in the view menu. There's also an option to save different layouts by name as far as I remeber. (Haven't EA at hand since I sit in front of my iMac
