How Do I Share Projects With a Team

I would like to share my project with teammates but place security such that based on the teammates role, they can make a updates or have 'read only' access.
We have the Professional Version.  In researching security, the On-Line help indicates there should be an option on the Project Menu but it is only available in the Corporate Edition.

Has anyone with the Profession Version figured out a means to share projects with Teammates but ensure that certain Views, Diagrams, Elements, etc are not changed by mistake?

Not really. You could give them the "read only" version of EA. But I guess this is not what you desire. Probably an upgrade would be the easiest way?

You can only do this with the Corporate Edition.  User Security provides this kind of functionality.  Mind You, I've never tried it :-)
