What can I do with a Package in EA?

Is there some document that talks about Package elements in EA? I may be missing something but they seem VERY half baked. For example, I cannot limit what displays in them (i.e. to just show Sub-Packages). They cannot resolve their relationships in a Deployment Diagram. The names are not fully qualified -- if I have com.tw.foo the package label is "foo" and there is a note below that says "from com" -- the notion of "tw" is lost. Speaking of which, I can't even find where to edit that note below that says "from com". Help!

Also, when right clicking on a package it seems like "Specify Feature Visibility" does absolutely nothing. I cannot, for example, hide things with the stereotype of "interface".
