Is support following this forum at all?

Is there anyone from support following this forum at all?
I have posted a couple of questions last week and I still haven't received a reply.
It's just that I am used to the superb Sybase forums where TeamSybase follows up on any question posted on the newsgroups and you can expect a reply within 24 hours if not sooner.
I am just giving some constructive feedback here because forums - if followed up properly - are an excellent way to support a user base.

Hi,

as far as I know, SparxSystems is reading the forums, replies from the guys at Sparx are quite frequent. The forum is primarily a USER forum though, for support there are different means (Report a Bug functionality, e-mail support etc.).

Oh, and Team Sybase are not Sybase employees :-)

Hi Bruno,

I know they are not Sybase employees, but they do keep a close eye on the forums to help out the users.

I have no bug to report, that's why I've come to this forum instead of contacting support.

There are plenty of people reading my questions - which means I am not the only one interested to find out more about the Eriksson-Penker extension and customising the documentation generation -  but nobody seems to be able to help me out.
