Diagram Question

There is an inverted red triangle over one of my classes in a diagram.  I can't find any reference in the documentation to tell me what it's about and I can't seem to find a way to navigate to or access that triangle object.  I suspect the system is trying to tell me there is a problem there somewhere but am at a loss as to how to find out.

Anyone have any experience with this or ideas as to how I find out?
