What else could we control?

Hi!
I'm making some tests with EA working with MKS SCC and I have a doubt.
I know how to control the access and concurrency for the packages containing the models. But can I also control the configurations out of the models, like the relationship's matrix, project's owner etc? Or can I add to MKS only the diagrams and elements inside packages?
