ADODB.Recordset error

Using EA version 4.10.731.

When dragging an element from one package to include on a diagram in another package, I receive an error:

ADODB.Recordset [-2146825023] Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

Upon selecting OK (which is the only option) the element is included on the diagram as desired.

What causes this annoyance to occur?  What needs to be done to eliminate this from occuring?

Might be worth running an integrity check on the projet file, as in Tools/Data Management/Data Integrity menu.
