Hyperlinks

I am wondering whether the possibility exists to place a kind of hyperlink on an element to be able to "spring" directly to a related diagramm (details). Or is there another way to do this?

If you drag a diagram from the project browser onto the current diagram, you can choose to insert a hyperlink to it. Double-clicking on this link will take you to that diagram. The link is not tied to any element on the diagram, though.
