Problem with MDA transform

I am working on v6.5.805. I have a problem with MDA transformation when 'notes' attributes contain quotes, dollar, and percentage signs.

Currently, I have to use REPLACE to work around for class, attribute.

%REPLACE(classNotes, $specialChar, "\"")%

$specialChar = %dl%
%REPLACE(classNotes, $specialChar, "\$")%

$specialChar = %pc%
%REPLACE(classNotes, $specialChar, "\%")%


but how to apply them for all other elements (association, role, diagram, etc)  

Is there any idea ?

Regarding to me, it should be done automatically by EA in transformation process.
