Open Read Only Model

We are using a non-EA integrated source control management system. I was wondering if there is any EA configuration that would allow to open a Read Only EA project. I would prefer to avoid checking-out a project just to view it.

(I confess I found a solution, a bit convoluted ... EA-Lite!)

Hello Steola,

Yes, EA Lite is only solution to open read-only model file.
Normal EA can't open read-only model file.
