Where does EA place the log file
« on: January 05, 2005, 02:09:16 am »
I'm having frequent crashes (about every 1,5 hours or so). It says that a critical error has occured and that EA is creating a log file. However, I cant find the log file. Any idea where this is placed?

Cheers,

I guess this is produced by Norton. Not of much use AFAIK. Never had EA reporting to crash and write a log. You should check the system error log.

As writen before -you better check system log. it will most probably be writen ther wich program exatly was the one that fell.

Any way , fomr my long expirience in supprt (a few years) I can tell you the fact that it works for every eon else and not for you doesnt mean it is not norton (or some other program).
I know it is not very helping, but since it is not an EA message the most important thing would be to check which program message is it.
