My User Id gone

I registered under Steola id and posted a few messages araound December 2004. I think I also changed my appearence name to: Stefan.
Today, I got the message user does not exist, and I registered again!!
What can be the explanation?

no. this is not the problem, I can find my messages all right, just the fact that I had to register again!? ... It seems related to login from a different machine? Now it logs me directly when I open this link! Are other members loging from same machine all the time?

Sorry to prolong this .. it is even more strange... because this second machine did not recognized my valid id/password I ended it up with 2 users, and I can logon to both from different machines!!:
