Import DDL From ODBC with pwd protected MS Access

When importing DDL from MS Access 97 db that has a Database password, the operation fails with "Not A Valid Password" Error in a "EA" message box.  The import process prompted me for username and password twice, and did show me list of tables that I could choose, but failed on the last step of actually importing the ddl

A Bug?
