Customising toolbox & templates in EA

In EA, I have seen that it is possible under Local Options to configure the toolbox so that only specific folders and elements within these folders can be displayed. However is it possible to create my own folder and select the elements which can be displayed within this?

Can EA be configured so that toolboxes can be linked to the diagram and only displayed when that diagram is being drawn?

Also , is it possible to include swimlanes in templates?
