.PNG files do not display

Cannot view pictues of UML Elements within Help.

We are using EA 3.6. We recently switched from an Access database to an Oracle database. I have a user that has brought forth the following problem:
1. Open EA.
2. Open Help Contents.
3. Search for UML.
4. Click on UML Elements.
5. The .png file that shows a picture of the UML elemts does not display an image.
The system can view other .png files. I tried to go to the path where the path of the .png was pointing and the path does not exist.

Not making you scary but you won't likely get much support for 3.6
