Problems Creating Foreign Key Relationships

I'm experience a couple of problems creating FK relationships.

1) When a number of primary keys are created on a table, I can't select a subset of these keys as the target for a FK relationship.

2) I have a single PK in one table and am trying to create an FK from a table with that key. In 99% of the cases I've tried, EA pulls in some (but not all) fields with the same name in both tables. Every now and then, EA creates the FK with the single key correctly.

Is there something I'm missing about how EA handles Foreign Keys.
