Error Creating XML Parser

Hi all,
I'm pretty sure this is not caused by EA, but I can't work with EA right now. Has anybody ever encountered the above message when starting EA? I already tried to replace several msxml* files in my WINNT\system32 directory but no success.  PLEASE HELP!!!

EA Deinstall - reinstall ...?

Already done. No change  

Edit: Overinstalled SP 4. No change. Funny thing: I can open some older files like EAExample.EAP but none of my newer ones.

Edit: Success! I found out (already in the beginning) that a previous install clobbered msxml3.dll. But now I also found that one has to regsvr32 that dll manually! Thank God it works again. And by the way, God, send Bill to somewhere else :-)
