Element feature attached notes

Element feature attached notes are magic! 8)

However, since they are attached (and therefore derived), EA quite correctly inhibits you from editing them on the diagram.

It should also "gray them out" in the Notes tab of the Notes window (usually below the browser) to indicate the same concept.

It would be nice if there was a little graphical indication that it was linked.

Finally (for now at least) the Note Properties context menu item should be disabled.

Yeah, a graphical indication that it's a linked feature would be nice.
