Data Transfer automation

Hi,
Is there away to do the data transfer via automation?
We have several off-shore developers that we want to use the read-only version of EA to view the model that we have in MSSQL, but their connection is very slow. So we'd like to setup a process on a PC that every night does the data transfer to an EAP file then sends it to them.
