Error: Model can not be found, invalid or locked

When I go to create a new EA project, I an error box pops up indicating:

"Source Model can not be found, is invalid or locked by another user"

The C:\Program Files\Sparx Systems\EA Trial\EABase.eap
appears intact and there are no other users accessing the file.

What can I do to correct this error?

Look for a file with same name but different extension. Access sometimes leaves a file there that locks access. Rename it and if it works afterwards throw it away.
