Support for non-OO languages

Anyone had experience creating code templates for non-OO languages such as Rose (Summit) Basic or Embarcadero Basic.

There are supposed to be some profiles for this (such as for C).  From memory they treat Files as Classes and functions declared therein as operations etc.

I tried to add support of a new language (Rose Basic) and I found I couldn't connect all the dots (even after stopping and restarting EA).
