Where are built-in RTF templates?

The RTF Templates dialog (F8 and click "Manage Templates" button) shows an empty list for "Defined Templates" field.
I was expecting to see some template names as it shows in the relevant section of the help file.

My EA v5.0 was installed from scratch (rather patching the current EA version).

Am I missing something?
