You can define shortcuts with Tool/Customize/Keyboard.

Yep, someone noted the keyboard customisation feature to me last year when I asked about Ctrl-W/Ctrl-F4 to close a window. It's useful.

The best keyboard shortcut to add IMO is shift-ctl-F12 to access Tools | Configuration
