Working from home - newbie
« on: August 11, 2005, 07:32:38 am »
evening

if I am working from home
ie.  only the *.eap files, or are there some hidden files ?

I am trialling your product late at night here and am enjoying the product.

And I need to continue tomorrow at the office

Thanks

Peter

The .eap file is an Access database file, I believe, and contains all the data for a model, and your model settings.

Other forum members have actually accessed this directly, so they can probably help if you ever want to dig into it.

But for normal (and non-repository use) use, the .eap is everything you need.

really weird, as I closed my project and opened the eap and there was nothing !

also when I save "project " I always get an error that I can 't save the project !

am I meant to do it all through a package ?

very frustrating, as this is not at all intuitive

Pete

What, do you mean the .eap file was of zero length ?

You should at least see all your pages in the Project browser, from which you can open diagrams as required.
