Add image to user interfaces
« on: August 18, 2005, 06:32:13 am »
Hi all.

In EA we can create dummy user interfaces.
Is it possible to include jpg-images in these user interfaces?

I need to embed an image (company logo) for corporate identity to see how it looks in the new user interface of our system.

Thanks for any tips, hints and tricks.

Regards
Danny

Try putting a UI control into your diagram and then right-clicking on it and selecting Appearance-->Select Alternate Image.

This allows you to select an image that you've pre-loaded into the model (using the Add New button on the same dialog).

HTH.

Cheers,
Martin.

You can add a (dummy) boundary to the diagram, assign a different picture (context menu/alternate appearance) and drag this to where you need it.
