The ability to import is currently locked by user

Hi folks,

We have our EA repository on an MSSQL server and use Source Safe for source control.

When I try to check out a special package I get the error message
"The ability to import is currently locked by user: 'PC05189"

But we do not have such an user in our system.

Have anybody else seen this message before and can help?
