alt fragment and how to change it

Folks,
Just started using the trial version of EA. Very interesting tool. I am trying the 2.0 diagrams. I made a fragment to show something like "if x > 1" and an "else" statement.
I added the conditions, and the conditions appeared along with the dashed dividing line. The dashed line though does not automatically divide the fragment in half. It stays at the very top and if I resize the fragment to make it larger I get a large "else" area but very little space for my "if" statement. I checked the Help and can not find out how to change options on this to either move the different parts up/down or add spaces.
Anyone have any suggestions? Also, if its in the doc's - where is it?

Click on the dashed line, and drag it to the position you want.
