Table Constraints

I found the thread talking about how to set up a constraint using the operations feature.  My question is whether or not EA will eventually finish out the constraints feature set up on a column so that it generates correctly within the CREATE TABLE sql statement instead of the operations feature which creates a separate ALTER TABLE sql statement?
