Sharing model information between EAP files
« on: October 07, 2005, 08:51:13 am »
Is it possible to share information (like classes) between two different eap model files?  Our issue is that we have (currently) two different models that we want to create, our framework and our custom solution, and we'd like to reference the framework classes in the custom solution.  However, if we kept the two in the same eap file it has the potential for becoming very large and unwieldy.  Especially if we starting adding more and more custom modules.  Is this possible with EA?  If so, how?  If not, what are your suggestions to be able to handle this kind of situation?

You might use controled packages. These export XMI files which can be shared among different repositories.
