How to set relation to DB diagram?

How to set relation to DB diagram? I can't add relation to get FK inserted automatically in child table.
Is it possible or not?

I don't think creating a FK relationship will add the FK column automatically to the table. My approach is to create the FK column then set up the FK relationship.
