message not connected to operations

After having imported a Rose model (using XMI) and some more fiddeling arround like changing the classifier I end up with sequence diagrams in which the messages are correctly shown. However the messages are not connected to the operations although the operations also do exist in the used classifiers.
Now manualy I have to open the message properties dialogue and select the operation from the drop down for each message.

Two questions:

Is there a way to check for these messages f.i. using a macro or else.

Is there a way to connect these messages to the operation using some kind of automated support.
