EA, RAQuest and replication
« on: November 24, 2005, 01:48:28 am »
Hello.   Can anyone confirm if replication still works correctly if the RAQuest add-in is being used - in other words the additional attributes used by RAQuest are supported ?

thanks

If you're talking about Tools/Manage EAP: this is simple MS Access Replication. So everything inside the database is being replicated. AFAIK RaQuest is working with EA database only and does not have extras aside (t-kuono will comment for sure :)).

This also applies to you other thread...

Hello Graham,

As Thomas said (Thank Thomas!), all information about RaQuest is in EAP file.

We tested on replicated database and found no problem.
Please send a mail to [email protected] with
detail information about your machine, EA and RaQuest
build, etc.

Hello !
I didn't mean to suggest we were having problems - we're not.  I just wanted to confirm that replication is expected to work with RAQuest before we go down the route of trying to use it.

Hello Graham,

It's good news to hear that you haven't had any problem with replication.

We tested for JET 3/4, EA Desk/Pro/Corp and EA5.0/6.0
and found no problem for each combination.
