Same database between 5.0 and 6.1?

I am tempted to upgrade to 6.1, but I work with a few contractors who are using 5.0, should I expect any compatibility problems should I upgrade?  Can they still read my 6.1 EAP file without problems with their 5.0 or will everyone on same project be required to move to the latest version?

Everything should be compatible.  There are a couple of new element types in 6.1 and some new features that the 5.0 people will miss out on, but there should be no problems.
