I am testing since 467 days !!!!

Hi all,

I installed EA 3.?? Trial Version a long time ago. Meanwhile I changed jobs etc. I would now like to re-test version 6. But it doesn't allow me to start EA6 and blocks with the message that I am testing since 467 days. And yes, it was de-installed using Win XP's Add and Remove Programs long ago. But the de-install process seems to have forgotten to remove something.

Any ideas?

Hi Peter,

the uninstall is meant to "remember" something, otherwise there would be nothing stopping you from uninstallin g and reinstalling the trial version every month and saving $7 of whatever it is that EA costs nowadays :-)
Contact EA support, they should be able to help you.
