Multi-Lingual Model

I need to develop a model and generate reports with all text in both English and Japanese.  Are there any suggestions on the easiest way to go about this?

Not really. This has been discussed here (not sure whether you can find the thread via search). You can use the Alias name for such purpose, but you will be in trouble when dealing with notes or any other desciptive text. Maybe there is some kind of translation mechanism for an XMI? Tags/notes could be translated according to a table. Thus it would be possible to make a r/o copy of the model in another language.
