Deleted User in Security

Hello

I have some how managed to delete the admin user from the seucurity settings. The admin user was the only user set up to access a project. Now when I try to open the project the password box appears - It fails with the correct password, fails with no password and fails with no details.

How can I access the project again or add the admin user back so I can log in to the project?
