Images does not get exported in XML

Hi,
I have a DFD which is designed in VISIO. I want to add this in my EA model. I have added this DFD as Image in Image master. I have created a new diagram within a package and added a note. I have selected alternate image option in Appearence for the note, which opens up the VISIO DFD image for me in EA. But, when I import this package into the model on a different system not having the image saved the VISIO design does not get imported. Can anyone suggest a way to export the package such that the image also gets exported in XML?
